Reporting to the Senior Assistant Company Secretary in the Legal and Professional Advisory team, the Manager, Subsidiary Governance is primarily responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of subsidiary governance policies, processes and procedures to support the life cycle, compliance and operationalisation of RWS’s global entities.   This role requires a blend of technical experience, project management skills, the ability to create and organise policies and procedures, as well as interpersonal skills to support and influence stakeholders with governance framework implementation across RWS in line with the company’s strategic priorities and growth objectives.
