Job Purpose

We require a Training Lead to join us on the Simplification Programme to help deliver a structured, scalable, and user-focused training approach for key workstreams that ensures all users are both prepared and capable of adopting new ways of working ahead of migrating. 

 

This person will drive an approach that integrates change, communications, and training to drive efficiency and simplification across the organisation.The output should be a fully integrated training model that provides linked, role-based learning modules combining business context and system tasks. Training will be designed for digital consumption through internal learning platforms, ensuring it is engaging, easy to follow, and scalable across global teams.

  • Designing and creating high-quality digital training content
  • Building structured, linked modules rather than standalone materials
  • Applying online learning best practices to maximise engagement and retention
  • Supporting training delivery and tracking across global teams.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Previous experience of leading and designing Training plans across large organisations
  • Experience of creating training materials and delivering training to groups of people
  • Experience of using online learning platforms 
  • People-centric approach to understanding and identifying training needs.
