Job Purpose

 

Job Purpose

 

Ensure the quality and reliability of Content Processing services by performing manual validation and supporting production delivery. Over time, the role is expected to grow into full ownership of both manual and automated testing for the assigned services.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Perform manual testing of backend APIs and services within the Content Processing domain
  • Validate service versions and coordinate production delivery
  • Document and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain and improve test coverage for assigned services
  • Gradually take ownership of automated test suites written in C#
  • Collaborate with the team for test planning, bug tracking, and release management

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Understanding of core QA principles (test design, defect lifecycle, test reporting)
  • Exposure to API testing and tools such as Postman
  • Ability to read and understand C# code
  • Good attention to detail and structured approach to testing
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution (Jenkins, Spinnaker)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Jira is a plus
  • Exposure to test automation frameworks is a plus
