Job Purpose

We are looking for Jr. Support Engineer who is responsible for providing 24x7x365 monitoring support to the client infrastructure across the globe.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • 24x7x365 on L1 support (in night shift) to monitor the infrastructure. 

  • Fast and effective response to the alerts and notifications from a range of systems. 

  • Proactively ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. 

  • Identify, investigate, resolve, and escalate technical problems in accordance with established guidelines and documentation. 

  • Monitor and track raised issues to ensure timely resolution. 

  • Work as a team to meet service level agreements (SLAs). 

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve reported issues. 

 

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a similar role. 

  • Should be having an understanding on cloud technologies (AWS preferred). 

  • Good understanding of ticketing tools. 

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools is a plus advantage. 

  • Proficiency in documentation. 

  • Ability to work well on its own or with a team into 24x7x365 environment. 

  • Good command over English language is a must. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Good organizational skills. 

  • Should have decision making capability.
