Key Responsibilities
24x7x365 on L1 support (in night shift) to monitor the infrastructure.
Fast and effective response to the alerts and notifications from a range of systems.
Proactively ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Identify, investigate, resolve, and escalate technical problems in accordance with established guidelines and documentation.
Monitor and track raised issues to ensure timely resolution.
Work as a team to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve reported issues.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
Should be having an understanding on cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
Good understanding of ticketing tools.
Knowledge of monitoring tools is a plus advantage.
Proficiency in documentation.
Ability to work well on its own or with a team into 24x7x365 environment.
Good command over English language is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Should have decision making capability.
