As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with Life Sciences companies that need language services, localization, and AI-driven technology solutions.
You’ll generate your own pipeline through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach, while collaborating with business consultants, pre-sales, marketing, and operations to craft solutions that genuinely address client needs.
The core of this role is proactive business development and account acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Identify and engage new Life Sciences clients across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and CROs
Develop trusted relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Skills & Experience
Proven success in winning new business and developing accounts
Experience selling to pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, or CROs
Understanding of Life Sciences documentation used in translation and localization
At least basic familiarity with Linguistic Validation processes for COAs
Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
Confidence presenting solutions and leading client conversations
Structured, organized approach to managing pipeline and sales activities
Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce
