T2 is a new strategic product initiative at RWS. We're a small team building something from scratch. A greenfield development with modern architecture and AI-native practices from day one.
We're working on hard problems at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and content. The project has executive sponsorship, pilot customers already lined up, and an ambitious launch timeline.
We're looking for a developer who has discovered what happens when you truly partner with AI coding tools - and has the portfolio to prove it.
This isn't a role for someone who uses Cursor for autocomplete. We want someone who has experienced the paradigm shift: using Claude Code's Plan Mode to architect solutions, letting Cursor's agent implement features while you focus on design decisions, shipping production software at a pace that seemed impossible two years ago.
You'll join a small, high-velocity team building something genuinely new. You'll work across our entire stack - from React UI to Java enterprise orchestration to Python AI agents - using AI tools as your force multiplier at every layer.

What You'll Do
Build with AI, not just for AI. You'll use Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot daily - not as novelties, but as essential tools that change how you approach every problem.
Work across the full stack. T2 is a hybrid Java/Python architecture on AWS services.
You'll contribute wherever you're needed. Some days that's debugging an integration issue; other days it's designing a new agent workflow or refining a React component.
Shape our AI-assisted development practices. Help evolve our CLAUDE.md context engineering, contribute to our prompt library, and discover new ways to leverage AI tools as they rapidly evolve.
Ship production software. This is a customer-facing platform with an aggressive timeline. You'll build features that real enterprises use, not just proofs of concept.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated AI-assisted development experience (6 months minimum)

Solid software engineering fundamentals
AI tools amplify your abilities - which means they also amplify gaps. You should have:
Passion for the craft
You follow what's happening in AI dev tools. You've tried the new Claude Code features the week they launched. You have opinions about when Cursor beats Claude Code and vice versa. You're excited - maybe even a bit obsessed - about how AI is changing what developers can accomplish.
Pragmatic approach to AI
You know when AI tools help and when to write the code yourself. You can critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability. You understand that AI assistance doesn't eliminate the need for engineering judgment. It makes that judgment more important.
