We are seeking an EUC Engineer with a deep passion for modern, cloud-native technology. You are an innovator who will lead the design and maintenance of our End-User Computing environment, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune. Your mission is to develop and manage a highly functional, stable, and secure device ecosystem for our global user base, driving our transition from legacy tools to a modern management framework. This role is key to standardizing our device provisioning, security, and management processes to ensure a consistent, high-performance experience for all RWS employees.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Intune Environment Management: Architect, deploy, and manage the full lifecycle of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Modern Provisioning: Design, implement, and maintain zero-touch provisioning workflows using Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, test, and enforce device configuration profiles, endpoint security policies, and compliance policies within Intune to meet business and security requirements.
  • Application Management: Manage the packaging and deployment of applications, updates, and patches via Intune, ensuring seamless delivery and version control.
  • Endpoint Analytics & Reporting: Proactively monitor device health, performance, and compliance using Intune's Endpoint Analytics and reporting features, and troubleshoot issues to maintain a stable environment.
  • Technology Assessment: Evaluate new hardware and emerging EUC technologies to ensure compatibility and integration with our Intune-first strategy.
  • Security & Hardening: Implement and maintain endpoint hardening standards, access control policies, and security configurations in close collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, standard operating procedures, and user guidance related to our Intune-managed environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Expert-Level Intune Knowledge: Proven, hands-on experience managing a large-scale enterprise environment with Microsoft Intune. This must include:
    • Windows Autopilot: Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Hybrid and Azure AD Join scenarios.
    • Configuration & Compliance: Deep understanding of creating and deploying Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Conditional Access policies.
    • Application Deployment: Advanced skills in packaging (Win32, LOB) and deploying applications, including script-based installations.
    • macOS & Mobile Management: Strong experience enrolling and managing macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Azure & Identity: Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), including device identity management, and experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Operating Systems: In-depth technical knowledge of modern operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
  • Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (especially PowerShell) to automate administrative tasks and create robust deployment solutions within Intune.
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to resolving complex technical issues.
  • Hybrid Management Experience: Knowledge of SCCM and co-management is beneficial, particularly in the context of migrating workloads to Intune.
  • Virtual Desktops: Familiarity with virtual desktop infrastructure and technologies (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix) is a plus.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Highly proficient in the English language.
    • Ability to work independently on complex projects and collaboratively as part of a global team.
