Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will manage software localization projects efficiently to drive client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business growth. You will set clear expectations with project teams regarding project scope, complexity, and deliverables, and ensure clients are kept fully informed on progress, key milestones, and financial status throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end to end process on SWE localization projects
• Planning localization milestones, SWE and QA activities and securing on time deliveries.
• Client communication and status reporting, agenda creation and AI execution.
• Communication with multiple stakeholders on the client side including PgMs, DEVs, SME, LEs.
• Managing internal support teams and resourcing.
• Financial management - cost tracking, budgeting, quoting, monthly deliveries and forecasts in client system, invoicing.
• Process and cost improvements.
• Customer feedback management.

Skills & Experience

• Experienced Project manager.
• Self organized and independent, excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in finance management - quoting, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking.
• Knowledge of localization processes and tools (preferred).
• Experience in customer feedback management.
• Experience with complex localization plans creation is advantage.
• Excellent communication internally / externally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge and experience with tools - Wiki, Jira (preferred).
• Understanding of the software development and testing process (preferred).
