Senior Project Manager

Job Purpose

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage software localization projects efficiently to drive client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business growth. You will set clear expectations with project teams regarding project scope, complexity, and deliverables, and ensure clients are kept fully informed on progress, key milestones, and financial status throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects that meet client expectations and achieve targeted profitability levels
• Monitor and control project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and managing change orders
• Plan and manage projects, implementing best practices and established processes
• Communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with your manager and internal teams
• Lead client and internal meetings, both remotely and in person
• Prepare and develop process documentation as needed
• Conduct risk assessments and strategic planning to minimize potential project risks
• Identify and propose project or process improvement opportunities

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level)
• Knowledge of localization processes and tools (preferred)
• Proven experience in project management
• Good understanding of the O365 product suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work with digital collaboration tools (eg., project management platforms, communication tools)
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge and experience with tools - Wiki, Jira (preferred)
• Understanding of the software development and testing process (preferred)
