The Role

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Lead to join our Intellectual Property Supply Chain team. This role will focus on coordinating complex projects and owning, managing, and maintaining large datasets to ensure their cleanliness and up-to-date status, thereby ensuring the seamless delivery of IP solutions to our global clients.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple IP Supply Chain projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and highest quality standards
  • Analyse and manage large data sets for supply chain processes and workflow, and to derive business-critical insights 
  • Support the development of processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IP Operations, Technology, Pricing, IP Specialists and Client Services
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Support the Head of Supply Chain in the preparation of business-critical data and updates
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting for stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the IP Supply Chain.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing large and complex data sets with the ability to draw commercial insights
  • Experience in managing data migration projects and large data sets
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Intellectual Property Experience necessary
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
