Job Purpose

Join our dynamic, global team as a Training Support Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in connecting customers with our eLearning platform and training programs. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be responsible for enrolling users, providing essential information about our offerings, and engaging with customers to drive satisfaction and advocacy for our software products. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work remotely from a dedicated home office, collaborate with a global team spanning India, Europe, and the US, and build relationships with customers and salespeople worldwide.

 

Our team is unique within RWS, creating innovative training materials for flagship products like Contenta, Tridion, and Trados. As part of our efforts to continually improve, you’ll have the chance to learn about LMS management and even contribute to marketing content creation if you have strong writing skills. If you’re proficient in written English, comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, and have excellent organizational and communication skills, this role is your chance to make an impact while enjoying flexibility and global collaboration.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Enroll customer users on the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about training programs, resolve enrollment issues, and respond to customer inquiries through a shared mailbox.
  • Engage with customers to encourage participation in training programs and promote courses to drive satisfaction and advocacy for RWS software products.
  • Manage invoicing, raise purchase orders, and maintain Excel sheets for tracking costs versus budget.
  • Organize training course outlines and raise tickets for creating or updating training packages and certification exams.
  • Assist in promoting training packages and certifications to customers and internal teams.
  • Support the management of Approved Trainers and Training Centers, ensuring they meet program standards.
  • Test and peer-review eLearnings and certification exams to ensure they meet quality standards.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills to interact with global customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain documentation, and track budgets efficiently.
  • Customer service skills to provide clear and engaging information, resolve issues, and drive satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in enrollments, reports, and communications.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
  • Basic problem-solving skills to address customer queries and process-related challenges.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with a remote, global team.

PreferredSkills 

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service or technical support.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other online training platforms.
  • Knowledge of eLearning processes or interest in training and education.
  • Experience with creating or managing documentation and reporting systems.
  • Exposure to working in a global team environment and participating in virtual meetings.
