Team Lead, Linguistic Services and Quality Management

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Quality Lead for one of the Platinum Accounts. You will be leading a team of seven Linguistic Services Managers located in Brno, Tokio and Warsaw, and managing the quality of deliveries translated by the community of translators and vendor companies. This role requires close co-operation with production, VRM, platform development and AI Enablement teams. You will be enjoying a high level of automation of the LQA processes and a very rich BI for data monitoring. We are looking for a highly organized senior linguistic professional with great communication skills and experience with client-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of quality of all subaccounts in scope of the Platinum Account
• Management of the account quality team
• Participation in the Platinum accounts Quality Board
• Driving strategic quality initiatives
• Contribution to QBRs, RFPs and other client events

Skills & Experience

• Graduated linguist
• 3+ years of experience in the senior linguistic management role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of the LQA, LQE processes + MQM DQF taxonomy
