Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Program Coordinator to support all aspects of design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination of training programs, managing logistics, and enhancing the learner experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about employee development, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role combines program coordination with hands-on involvement in digital learning design, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and driving continuous development.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Virtual Live Learning Program Co-ordination
    • Coordinate and schedule internal learning programs, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Liaise with facilitators to ensure timely delivery of content and materials.
    • Co-ordinate user enrolment, track attendance and completions, feedback, and learning outcomes to support continuous improvement.
    • Support with facilitation of live programs as required.
  • Learning Administration
    • Provide support to RWS MyLX (Skillsoft Percipio) learning platform
    • Content management including course uploads and assignments
    • User management including assignments and queries
  • Learning Content Creation & Maintenance (Learning Zones)
    • Consult with business stakeholder to design learning materials
    • Support the creation of learning materials, presentations, and resources.
    • Build e-learning materials
    • Keeping talent development team learning assets up to date
  • Talent Development & HR Processes
    • Monitor team inbox and support with queries
    • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on learning metrics and KPIs.
    • Provide administrative support for all areas of learning including leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training.

Skills & Experience

 

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in learning coordination, HR, or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Skillsoft Percipio) – Desired, not essential.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consulting with learning owners, experience with instructional design or adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
  • E-learning creation in Articulate Rise 360 – Desired, not essential.
  • Video editing in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (Premier Pro) – Desired, not essential.
