Publishing & Media Specialist - junior

Are you detail-oriented and interested in the localization industry? In this junior role, you’ll follow project instructions to process localized multimedia files. As a Publishing & Media Specialist Junior you will ensure the multimedia content is accurate, high quality, and delivered on time. If you have knowledge of tools like Figma, Photoshop, After Effects or Premiere, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process tasks assigned by coordinators or Direct Manager - realize multimedia and DTP engineering on the localized (translated) files 
• Work in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Figma                                        
• Performs the required work according to the information and project instructions
• Responsible for high quality and on time delivery of checked files                                                                      
• Finalize localized multimedia files and perform spot-check before handover                                                       
• Update files after QA and language review                                                       

Skills & Experience

• High school, multimedia or DTP specialization is an advantage, but not a must if you are skilled in the relevant tools
• At least intermediate skills in following tools is a must - Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Figma
• Knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite and other Adobe apps like InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage but not a must
• Communicative level of English - you'll be working with colleagues based in China, India and Argentina
• Focus on quality and effectiveness
• Team player, willing to improve your skills and learn new tools and processes
