The role holder will be responsible for establishing and leading the India Operations team. This newly created role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our IP Research capabilities in India by building a team of experienced IP Analysts, implementing best practices, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role requires a strategic leader who can align the
operations with the broader business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and operationalize the India Operations team for the IP Research business.
Hire, onboard, and train a team of experienced IP Analysts.
Develop and implement operational processes, ensuring efficiency and
quality.
Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through timely and accurate delivery of IP research services.
Contribute to the strategic planning and expansion of the IP Research business in India.
Lead the recruitment process for the India Operations team, focusing on hiring skilled and experienced IP Analysts.
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Design and implement robust operational processes to ensure the efficient delivery of IP research services.
Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's quality standards and timelines.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the operations team.
Ensure that the India Operations team delivers high-quality IP research outputs that meet or exceed client expectations.
Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency in service delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations related to the India Operations team.
Work with senior leadership to develop and execute the strategy for the expansion of IP Research operations in India.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and service innovation.
Contribute to the broader business strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on operational performance.
Ensure that all operations are compliant with local regulations and company policies.
Identify potential risks in the operations and develop mitigation strategies.
Skills & Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role.
Proven experience in building and managing teams, particularly in an offshore or remote setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience in setting up new operations or business units, particularly in the IP or legal research industry.
Familiarity with the Indian business environment and local labor laws.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.
