Job Purpose

Provides the full range of talent finding services to identify and attract talent to support RWS’ delivery and growth in key areas, to enable the expansion of our service offering to clients.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Create and implement recruitment plans for various services and markets across the organization
  • Process applications and carry out interviews for talent both for external and IH openings
  • Report on vendor sourcing and onboarding results.
  • Analyze ROI on various sourcing channels and activities to inform future action plans.
  • Deliver against set recruitment KPIs
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Proficient in EN
  • Bachelor´s degree
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • 3 - 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders
  • knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of Internet searching and Boolean logic
  • Able to execute in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and to work to tight deadlines
  • Proactive and flexible approach, reliable and systematic
