As a Talent Management Specialist you will manage RWS’s talent to support current project requirements as well as enable growth in key areas and the expansion of our service offering to clients. You will deliver excellent customer service to RWS Client Services (CS), Language Delivery teams (LD) and the commercial organisation to ensure RWS has the talent required to succeed on all accounts. You will represent RWS’ brand and increase RWS’ presence in the market through networking and relationship building. You are expected to take ownership of expenditure and procurement of all assigned languages.
