Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across the EMEA region and potentially other regions as well. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our internal stakeholders, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.

Your focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering high-quality, competitive shortlists that meet business expectations. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding while continuously improving our processes and candidate engagement.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to cross-regional projects aimed at enhancing our talent acquisition strategies, tools, and practices.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles primarily across the EMEA region, but potentially other regions (NASA and APAC) as well. Ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Deliver competitive and diverse shortlists of candidates by leveraging multiple sourcing channels and market insights.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness at every stage.
  • Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition team to support hiring needs outside of EMEA when required.
  • Contribute to cross-regional projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Stay informed about market trends and talent intelligence to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness and stakeholder consultation.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Fluent English - both written and spoken, as you'll be working in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a regional or global setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
  • Willingness to learn about recruitment practices and labor markets in different countries.
  • Collaborative mindset, with openness to support hiring needs outside of the EMEA region when needed.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, eager to contribute to process enhancements and cross-regional projects.
