Job Purpose

Are you good at spotting mistakes and finding ways to make things work better? As an AI Quality Manager, you’ll shape how we check and improve the quality of AI projects in our TrainAI EU team

Your work will include creating tests and training materials, running quality checks, and using data to understand and solve problems. You’ll also work closely with clients to find the root of issues and make sure quality standards are met and tracked.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Define quality frameworks, metrics, and strategies for new AI projects.

  • Create clear task guidelines, training, and tests to help vendors succeed.

  • Manage the full QA process – from planning and running checks to analyzing results.

  • Share feedback and insights with clients, vendors, and the TrainAI team.

  • Handle client queries, report on quality, and set up improvement plans when needed.

  • Support and coach vendors with regular performance reviews and training.

  • Stay up to date with AI industry trends and act as a subject matter expert.

  • Work with other teams to design skill evaluations, analyze quality data, and visualize KPIs.

  • Use tools like GSuite, MS Office, and e-learning platforms to build training and evaluation materials.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Statistics, Psychology, Linguistics, Data Analytics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.

  • Experience with data collection, annotation, evaluation, and quality processes.

  • Knowledge of quality methods (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, statistical process control, test/survey design).

  • Strong English skills (C1–C2); other languages are a plus.

  • Confident with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables) and basic statistics.

  • Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).

  • Skilled communicator, comfortable working with clients and vendors.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.

  • Flexible, proactive, and able to handle fast-changing situations.
