About the Strategic Content Solutions (SCS)

The Strategic Content Solutions, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcribing highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SCS works closely with RWS’s Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining an effective business, sales, and marketing plan for assigned accounts
• Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with strategic clients,
• Managing and growing portfolio of existing accounts, up and cross selling
• Showcase the advantages, strategic uses, and value of RWS solutions to target customers
• Addressing targeted prospects through convincing of the benefit of our solutions, show its strategic use and demonstrate its value
• Ensure business revenue and achieve growth targets
• Regularly analyze customer strategic dynamics and competitive situation, explore and formulate customer growth strategies
• Coordinate technical, operational, legal and other departments to develop solutions and drive implementation to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience and account management
• Have prospecting skills and highly developed solution driven acumen
• Mastering in closing deals with C-level
• Fluent in English spoken
• Passion for customer relationship and leading-edge technologies
