On a given day, your work might include:
- Providing support to general users of the maps app
- Trouble-shooting and if required, escalating issues
- Dealing with business queries, in accordance with company policies
- Evaluating data quality through web-based research and phone calls
- Applying critical thinking to identify high-level trends
- Identifying root cause(s) of trending issues through web-research
- Creating analytical reports
Candidates must:
- Be eligible to work in Ireland
- Have native speaker fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Be willing to work on a full-time basis under a hybrid modality in Cork, Ireland
An ideal Customer Service and Business Data Technician would be:
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about solving problems
- Passionate about IT and familiar with iOS and macOS
- Able to work with large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and draw conclusions to recommend actions
- Comfortable with placing outbound calls
- Passionate about IT and familiar with iOS and macOS
- Comfortable working independently, as well as in a small and large cross-functional team
It would be great if you have:
- Experience with spreadsheets
- Experience with database systems
- Customer support experience in a technical environment
- Familiarity with basic GIS concepts
- Familiarity with web-based map applications
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience with social media sites
- University Degree in Business Analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience
