About the Strategic Content Solutions (SCS)

The Strategic Content Solutions, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcribing highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SCS works closely with RWS’s Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• This role is focused on servicing customers and working closely with project manager as well as the wider network of the organization.
• To manage regular projects in an efficient and effective manner, utilizing available tools and best project management principles and customer relationship skills, as well as company practices in place in order to achieve excellent customer satisfaction while meeting quality KPIs.
• To apply and develop a working knowledge of project management principles and customer relationship skills while working independently as well as part of a team.

Skills & Experience

• Effective verbal/written communications with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and the wider team members regionally and globally where need be.
• Adhering to RWS project process including translation management system, CAT tools, financial platforms, etc.
• Identification of project/Process improvement opportunities and escalating to project manager.
• Maintenance and updating of invoicing tables and ensuring timely and final invoicing.
