About the Role

 

The Renewal Receipt and Docketing Specialist will be responsible for managing renewal receipts and maintaining our clients’ IPMS. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of data entry, updates, and file uploads within the client systems, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Process renewal receipt once payment is confirmed.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues between PTOs and renewal system
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates on renewal receipt docketing activities
  • Operate and manage client IPMS to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Update and maintain client system data, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Upload documents and files to client systems as required.
  • Monitor and track deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborate with service portfolio manager to ensure all docketing requirements are met.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates on docketing activities.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues within the client IPMS.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of client IPMS.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
  • Proficiency in using IPMS.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
