Job Purpose

An AI Coordinator coordinates reporting, technical, quality assurance and task level aspects of data service delivery. They operate within all tooling platforms required to deliver the services and coordinate third party data service workers (raters) to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Advanced proficiency in data entry, analysis, and reporting using Excel and Google Sheets, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Full expertise in all tooling platforms (both RWS internal and third party) necessary for data service delivery.
  • Internal reporting to all production stakeholders about task status, issues, exceptions, etc., via dashboards, pivot tables, creating data views, data export and data manipulation, etc.
  • Proactive communication with the TrainAI sourcing team and management.
  • Quickly building up detailed knowledge about each data service task assigned to the coordinator.
  • Cooperation with Quality on creating/editing data service task specific guidelines.
  • E2E communication management with all raters for a given portfolio.
  • Coordinating raters across all the assigned tasks (can be more than one task).
  • Intra-day task status monitoring across all assigned tasks (usually multiple tasks).
  • Handling all exceptions and issues that would prevent successful task completion, e.g. troubleshooting technical issues, follow up with in-active, low performing, un-responsive raters.
  • Proactive cooperation with Quality around QA: coordination of external Auditors, doing hands-on QA, reporting low performing raters, replacing low performing raters, etc.
  • Participation in the implementation of new tools, their testing and evaluation, cooperating with teams that create, update, or develop new data service solutions, platforms, and tools.

 

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • At least bachelor’s degree.
  • Specialization in IT, computers. At least some interest in data structures and data handling.

  • Strong written communication skills in English to effectively engage with raters globally.

  • Task assignment, task monitoring, and task issue troubleshooting across varied pools of resources.

  • Written communication in English with varied pools of resources worldwide.

  • Demonstrated experience with work requiring great attention to detail.
