Senior Project Manager - Night Shift

We are looking for a candidate with strong Localization experience in Project/ Program Management.
                                               
Management of a team of project managers, for the group of accounts, ensuring they are working effectively and developing their skills/competences. The Senior Project Manager is also the main primary interface with key clients in their team and they carry full responsibility for delivering against client satisfaction and responsiveness, delivery, revenue and profitability targets assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
• Some familiarity with i18n and l10n concepts and applications
• Maintains project time frames, budget estimates and status reports
• Ensuring that all tracking methodologies are updated in a timely manner
• Able to anticipate the needs of the client and functional teams and address them proactively
• Exhibits flexibility when working with the client and recommends alternative solutions when necessary
• Communicates and explains complex processes/scenarios in a manner that the target audience understands
• Excellent Communication skills – Client and Internal
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding project supervision/deliveries and decision-making
• Works on complex problems/ projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and works complex problems through to resolution
• Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
• Independently determines methods and procedures on new or special assignments
• Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas
• Experienced in working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Able to build and maintain strong business relationships with demanding client stakeholders
