Job Purpose

We are looking for a .NET Developer with 9-12 years of experience to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions. As a member of our development team, you will work on various projects, contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, and enhance your skills in a collaborative and innovative setting.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Technical Leadership & Architecture Guidance
    • Define and enforce best practices for .NET development (e.g., clean architecture, SOLID principles, microservices).
    • Guide the team in choosing the right technologies (.NET Core, Entity Framework, API design, etc.).
    • Ensure performance, scalability, and security in application design.
  • DevOps Strategy & CI/CD Implementation
    • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
    • Automate build, test, and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
    • Manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployments (Azure, AWS).
  • Code Quality & Best Practices Enforcement
    • Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding standards.
    • Implement and maintain unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage metrics.
    • Promote TDD (Test-Driven Development) & BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) where applicable.
  • Infrastructure & Security Management
    • Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
    • Ensure security best practices (e.g., API security, OAuth, JWT, identity management).
    • Monitor system health and optimize performance using logging, monitoring tools (App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship
    • Act as a bridge between developers, DevOps engineers, and management.
    • Mentor junior developers and DevOps engineers to upskill the team.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • 9-12 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework/Core.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with database systems like SQL Server.
  • Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Bash or Python.
  • Should work in Azure Native cloud Application.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control systems like TFS.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
