You will be an active member of the engineering team. You will be expected to show a good understanding of engineering technique and skills, and will receive on-the-job training from your Line Manager as and when required. Your role will be to assist other engineers or work independently in producing high quality work to a set deadline whilst following all procedures and quality checks required by RWS and the client.

Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and solve complex technical issues related to localization.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Mangers, Leads, and other team members (local/Global) to ensure seamless integration of localized content.
Communication:
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Process Leadership:
Lead and establish processes for content creation, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality in deliverables.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field preferred
Experience:
Proven expertise in content creation and Software, Website & Help Localization, Knowledge of SDL Trados Studio and Passolo is added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in Software, Website & Help Localization.
