Working in a constantly developing area, where no two days are the same, the successful candidate will support the global sales teams across a wide remit of products and services. Primarily working in the Intellectual Property & Patents Language Services area, but also cross trained to be able to support other business units. You will be an integral part of the team working on client specific opportunities, reviewing existing client pricing where analysis on contracted rates will be used to determine potential adjustments to the rates during contract renegotiations, as well as the strategy of proposals being presented to New Business opportunities, and to overall ensure the profitability of these potential clients and opportunities.
You will be required to work with colleagues from multiple teams and departments, from all levels of the business including the Senior Leadership team, so the ability to convey intricate and detailed scenarios in a clear and concise manner as well as being able to adapt conversations styles depending on your audience is a must.

The Pricing Operations Team meet daily (using Teams) to discuss on going projects and day to day business and are a very collaborative team, also collaborating with the wider Sales Operations team. A true “One RWS” approach to all we do.
The pricing for the products and services are run through CPQ software, so experience of working with large CRM systems would be a plus.
Reporting into the Senior Pricing Specialist – Team Lead for Language Services, based in the UK, the successful candidate will primarily be “working from home”, however depending on location, working in an office (or a hybrid mix), can be considered.
