As a UX Designer and Researcher, you will be required to work autonomously, lead the conversations and the abstract needs of Business and Product, and convert them into concrete frictionless, seamless and easy-to-use journeys.
You will have the ability to understand the business case, the technologies, and architectures to be deployed, to ensure that the solution design aligns with both in terms of scope and budget.
Communication with stakeholders is a requirement, therefore you will have excellent spoken and written English language skills and be highly proficient in communicating with stakeholders where English is not a first language.
As you will be working in a multicultural, multisite, multidisciplinary team, when it comes to UX; you will guide the rest of the teams while collaborating and facing multiple clients: our Customers, Developers, Architects, Quality Assurance and Product Managers and Owners.
You will not only research, bootstrap / validate ideas, but also provide the required documentation to ensure the execution is flawless.
