Security Sales Support Analyst

We are seeking an Security Sales Support Analyst. This role is within the RWS Security Governance, Risk and Compliance function. The primary purpose of the role is to handle all customer related security requests and to priorities and coordinate the responses to the requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for all customer related security requests. You will log the requests and then work with the requestor to obtain any additional contextual information required to handle the request
•  Establish rapport and a relationship with teams across the organization to build upon and manage a central repository of security related information, and condense this information into a client-facing format
• Conduct an initial analysis of the request to determine the response priority and the likely complexity of requests
• Complete as much of the request prior to coordination utilizing the RWS knowledge database for assistance
• Determine which specialist groups are required to provide input and coordinate the hand off to these groups having first provided the appropriate contextual briefing. Manage and collate the response to ensure a timely delivery to the customer
• Responses include engaging with specific security questions and reviewing detailed security terms in customer and supplier contracts
• Managing escalations of situations which fall outside defined parameters
• Support / run the weekly customer engagement meeting
• Provide regular reporting on sales engagement activity
• Report to the Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Strong interest in IT and a desire to develop into the area of Information Security
• Naturally organized and methodical person who can follow and enhance a structured process
• Ability to establish relationships easily but can be politely assertive when required
• Hold a university degree and are highly proficient in English language.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and HITRUST are desirable
