Job Purpose

Type of contract: 1-year fixed term contract, full-time.

Location: Fully remote. You must reside in Germany.

(German and English speaking) | Germany

 

 

About your role

 

As a Senior Talent Finding Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive talent finding services to identify and attract top talents, supporting RWS' delivery and growth in key areas. Your primary focus will be on recruiting for our Data and AI services, with a particular emphasis on the German market. In your role, your efforts will be pivotal in expanding our service offerings to clients, ensuring we meet the growing demand in these cutting-edge fields.

You’ll work closely with our experienced team of global Talent Finders, who are passionate about delivering excellence for our business. Your responsibilities will cover various aspects of recruitment and talent management within our fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  •  Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement recruitment plans for various services and markets across the organization, mainly for the German market.
  • Talent Acquisition: Process applications and conduct interviews for both external and in-house openings.
  • Vendor Management: Report on vendor sourcing and onboarding results.
  • Performance Metrics: Deliver against set recruitment KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding.
  • Campus Initiatives: Develop innovative initiatives including sourcing, networking, event setup, and partnerships with German universities, including actions and follow-ups.
  • Community Growth: Support sourcing activities for the continuous growth of the TrainAI community, primarily in Germany.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Native-like fluency in German and perfect command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • At least 2 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders
  • Able to execute in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and to work to tight deadlines
  • Proactive and flexible approach, reliable and systematic
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with data, analyse it and draw relevant conclusions / provide recommendations and reports.
