BluePrism Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented and motivated BluePrism Software Engineer with experience in software development to join our growing team in Bengaluru. You will work with a team of highly motivated, intelligent and agile team writing software that will help our organization maintain its profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure RPA processes using Blue Prism's platform and objects.
• Ensure the processes are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Follow Blue Prism's design principles and best practices.
• Create and document test procedures for new processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Blue Prism processes.
• Support the operational teams during user acceptance testing (UAT) and roll-out phases.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Work with business analysts and SMEs to understand process requirements.
• Document automation solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Blue Prism technologies and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain existing codebases.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Skills & Experience

• B.E. / B. Tech/ MCA Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the software field.
• In-depth knowledge of Blue Prism Studio and its functionalities for building and configuring automations.
• Experience in designing and executing test plans for RPA processes, along with troubleshooting and resolving automation issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and English language skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in C#, .NET Framework and database systems like SQL Server.
• Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• A proactive approach to finding and implementing improvements to existing systems and processes, enhancing efficiency and performance.
