Development Operations Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to develop high-end scalable next-generation infrastructure solutions, using latest cloud technologies. As part of our development and operations team, your contribution will be highly significant, modernizing our software platform’s infrastructure, boosting automation, scalability, and efficiency. Your experience with container orchestration solutions, cloud platforms and other related technologies will be put to test while building and supporting large cloud infrastructure systems for our Linguistic AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools to streamline the software delivery process.
• Build resilient and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.
• Develop research prototypes and proof of concepts.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

Skills & Experience

• What we’re looking for:
  • Independently investigate and solve complex software issues with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced software development environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or others)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field

• What makes you a great fit:    
  • Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools (like Kubernetes)
  • Experience working with large-scale workflows and distributed processing systems.
  • Experience with AWS platform or other Cloud platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of networking is a plus.
  • Work experience with Elasticsearch, Kafka is a plus.
  • Strong Linux knowledge
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
